What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates range from $1.20 to $6 based on your order and area. After your first order we offer free shipping on film canister orders. Just request a free envelope with pre paid shipping with your order (up to 5 envelopes per order). Envelopes fit 2 film canisters.

How long does shipping take?

Our film processing time is currently 3-4 days for turnaround and packaging. We package with love and drop it in the mail as soon as we have finished our process.

What is your return/refund policy?

If you send us a blank roll we will only charge for the processing and refund anything above that. We double package your prints in high quality solid boxes, if for any reason they are damaged in the process, let us know and we will re-send your order.

Can Pros customize options?

If you are a pro shooter with steady bulk film orders, send us an email on our contact page and we will reach out to you with options.
